Operating procedure:

2. The cooling system of each part of the equipment is normal, and the power of the high-frequency machine can be slowly adjusted to the appropriate range according to the heating demand of the workpiece.
3. Install the sensor, connect the cooling water tank, put the workpiece into the sensor to transmit power and heat, and it is strictly forbidden to discharge at full load. Replace the workpiece to stop the high frequency, if the high frequency cannot be stopped, immediately cut off the high-voltage connection emergency switch.

4. After the work is over, first disconnect the positive voltage, then cut off the filament power supply, and after the equipment is powered off, the water supply should continue for 15~20min to cool the pipe sufficiently.
Safety Precautions:
1. More than two people can operate . And decide on the person in charge of the operation to check whether the shielding and protection are good, and idle people are exempt from entering during work.
2. Wear heat-insulated gloves and use industrial tongs to prevent burns. 3. All doors should be closed during work, and it is strictly forbidden to open the doors after the high voltage is closed. 
4. When inspecting the equipment, it should be declared in advance that after opening the door, the discharge rod anode, shed, capacitor, etc. should be used to discharge the discharge operation, and then carry out maintenance, and the operator should not overhaul it alone. 
5. Effective ventilation equipment should be set up indoors, and the indoor temperature should be controlled at 15-35°C.
